Three deals signed within months of getting started

Watch the video below to find out how.

Marina works full time as a contract manager, and her partner Kate already had some buy to lets. They wanted quicker cashflow than buy to let gives, so they looked at different property courses and chose Simon. Rent to rent clicked instantly: it didn't need much money up front, so they could do several deals with what they had. Marina booked a call and joined that same evening. Her only worry was that it was Kate's money, but hearing the success stories on the calls convinced her: if others can do it, so can we. Within a couple of months of really getting going, they had signed three deals, two in Coventry and one in Leamington Spa. Now landlords are coming to them, including a landlord's sister and even their decorator, and Kate has handed in her notice. Marina's advice: "Follow the process and trust the process, it will work."

Yasmin worked in recruitment and then university careers advice, and Pash spent years as a solutions architect in tech. When both stepped away from work for family and personal reasons, they asked themselves how they could earn money working for themselves. They had tried an Amazon drop shipping business before, where the promised training and one to one support never really came, so they were sceptical at first. Simon reassured them, and the support started straight away: a call with Guy, weekly group calls and a community that has been amazing. Within a week or two of starting, Pash found their first landlord on OpenRent. The flat had already been an Airbnb, so the deal was done quickly. They are now on deal four with a fifth in the pipeline. Their London Bridge flat was fully booked for two months within four days of going live. Yasmin's advice: "Do it. It's scary at first, but it is absolutely worth it."

Rachel is from Tunbridge Wells in Kent, and everything in her career led here. She spent her teens and twenties in hospitality running large rural estates and hotels, served in the police, then moved into property management as a private PA, managing fourteen tenancies for an investor who was turning his properties into Airbnbs. She has always wanted to be her own boss, run her own schedule and build a business she could eventually run from anywhere in the world. Her first deal of her own is a three bed in the upper rooms of a former Edwardian opera house, which she markets as The Stage Door. It came fully furnished with two bathrooms and smart TVs in every bedroom, and she even inherited the booking platforms. All she needed was some sheets and a coffee machine. Now she can keep her investor as a client while running things her own way.

Sharon and Marika are a mother and daughter from Croydon, both working in social services. They wanted to build a business together, leave a legacy for their children and have more time for family and holidays. Sharon had been a buy to let landlord for ten years, so the idea of controlling property without buying it took some convincing, but once she saw it she wished she'd known sooner. They opened their first two bed and their second a month later. Simon's guest magnets helped them pick the right properties, their website made them look professional to landlords, and the scripts taught them what to say. Sharon even found their first house herself. They've earned Superhost status, and families on insurance stays now come to them directly. Their best month is on track for £19,000 in revenue, Marika has gone part time, and they're aiming for 12 properties within a year. Sharon's advice: "Say it in your own way, according to your character and your personality."
